What are the public utility services dealt by Permanent Lok Adalat ?

In light of Section 22A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the following types of public utility services are in existence at present :-

(i) Transport service for the carriage of passengers or goods by Air, Road or Water,

(ii) Postal, Telegraph or Telephone services,

(iii) Supply of power, light or water to the public by any establishment.

(iv) System of public conservancy or sanitation,

(v) Service in Hospital or dispensary,

(vi) Insurance service,

(vii) Education or Educational Institutions services; or

(viii) Housing and Real Estate services.

(ix) Banking and financial services (included by the State Government).
