Income Ceiling Limit

Recently, the income ceiling limit has been enhanced to the tune of Rs. 1 lakh per annum in the Uttarakhand State for availing free legal services in accordance with the Section 12 (h) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 by the State Government.
