Sri Sayed Gufran born on 06^th May, 1983 at District Maharajganj (U.P.). Did schooling and higher education from Anand Nagar, Mahrajganj & Varansi (U.P.). Passed LL.B. from St. Andrew’s College, Gorakhpur (U.P) and LL.M. from Uttarakhand Open University. He belongs to the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Batch-2011 and joined the Uttarakhand Judicial Services on 05.10.2012 as IIIrd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar after that he transferred to Rudrapur as Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board. Further, he served as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Srinagar in District Pauri Garhwal. He promoted to the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) cadre in the year 2018 and posted in District Udham Singh Nagar as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur.
